We ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders, with no minimum order value. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown below.

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and standard transit is 7–12 business days, for a total delivery time of 8–14 business days.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time refers to the time required to review, prepare, pack, and hand your order over to the shipping carrier. Delivery time begins once the package has been dispatched.

We ship exclusively within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If an item arrives damaged, contact support@saintloir.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will issue a refund for the affected item and you do not need to ship it back.

If tracking does not show delivery by the end of the published 14-business-day total timeframe, contact support with your order number. If the shipping carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Address Accuracy

Orders are shipped to the address shown in the order confirmation. Customers are responsible for entering and reviewing a complete, deliverable U.S. street address at checkout.
